The future of intelligence gathering, espionage, and hacking of computer networks is now present-day, and aims to divert voting patterns of target groups. Western states alongside other nations must mobilize and seek strategic yet diplomatic means of mitigating kinetic warfare. Heeding the potency about possible attempts by cyber attackers to rig presidential election results around the world drives the spirit of this committee topic.
